My Favourite Power Salad!

It's always nice to have a simple go to salad recipe, that is able to fill you and fuel you with yummy, fresh ingredients!This salad is a staple for myself and super easy to make! It is a super salad of sorts, with spinach and avocado as the base and grape tomatoes, sunflower seeds and shredded chicken used as the toppings. Below is how you can make this salad for yourself!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of spinach, washed and chopped
  • 2 large ripened avocados, peeled and sliced  
  • 1 small case of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half's
  • Half a cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • Half a cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1-2 shredded chicken breast(s)
  • Your choice of salad dressing ( I like just a drizzle of balsamic vinegar)
